OK, time for an update since the site's moved. Last week I fought a head cold, in fact I'm still fighting it. I did stay over two hours Tuesday and did one of the relief cuts on the back side. Hope to get the other two done this week and work into the lens.
Stand by all, it's getting there.

BTW "IF" you wanted to get a patent, you could make the lens opening OVAL. That would be a NEW design. I dont think you could etch in "FORD" script cause of copyrights, but the owner can.

Well, the good news is I feel like a real human being again... Felt ok Wednesday evening and didn't take any Sudafed, woke up Thursday and felt like death, but went in to work for OT anyway. Got worked nearly to death trying to get a grease dosing system working again on a folder that had decided to stop working three months ago (turned out the itailians never finished wiring it seven years ago and it wasn't working when in remote). Borrowed two Excedrin and took some more Sudafed at lunch and by five PM it was all gone. Spent today outside pulling my '68 fairlane out of the shed for it's early weekend drive, troubleshooting a fuel sender problem on a diesel conversion and working on the brakes on a '43 9N and I still feel good. Now to get rested up to stay late Monday and Tuesday to get the aluminum finished up. I'm sorry it's taking so long.
Hope you guys understand why I wanted to wait until they are done before taking any orders.
Jamie

Jamie,
Rome wasn't built in a day!
Glad you're feeling better, (don't know about the sudafed though, always made me feel doped up).
