Some kid "didn't see me" when pulling out of a side street a few years ago. My '96 F250 was a 10 year old, nearly perfect, 70,000 mile truck until that day.

It was fixed. The cost of repair was only a few hundred less than the value. It was never quite the same after the repairs. I think the frame was bent a little because it didn't steer quite right afterwards, but the shop insisted it was OK. I sold it a couple years later and replaced it with a used '00 F250 that is not a nice a truck as the '96 was. Stupid kid! She wrecked two good vehicles that day. The Volvo was destroyed. It hit the front of it so hard that the back windows blew out!
Thankfully nobody was hurt, including my dog who ended up on the floor when we came to a stop in the woods.

Here's a bronco I bought for $200 and took the wheels and 3" magnaflow exhaust off of and then sold it for $300. It ran really good and semi drove just couldn't turn right.

Drive and passanger both walked from this one with only bumps and bruises. Seat belts save lives! It was a King Ranch, but had not one straight piece left on it.

My wifes van after a drunk driver ran the light and tried to flee the scene. Her and the kids were ok but thank goodness no one was in the passenger seat. We were out a decent car and got nothing from a legal standpoint for any of it.

I don't have a picture of when I wrecked my dad's car.
Just when I wrecked the rental minivan when the Sebring was in the shop. Minivan. yeah... it was the only Chrysler product and the car was being repaired under warranty.
Anyway. A car full of pot heads turned in front of me at an intersection. Let's just say that 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan vs. 90s Dodge Neon gets ugly for the Neon. The caravan only sustained damage to the plastics on the front. A large steel beam across the front prevented any real damage
