Hi to all, just a note ..I checked that mapquest and it is right on, thanks Jeff.
If you noticed the road on the right (Volunteer Blvd) it will take you directly in to Pigeon Forge the back way
and luckily not all the touristas know that road.
For you non gps savy road warriors I will have printed directions handy if you want one.
Drive safe !!!

Jim,

Thank you so much again for being our host. It's been a few years since I've been around a group of our trucks, (in one place) and I'm really looking forward to the meet. Thinking we might have to move across the street for a group pic if all show up that said maybe? I'm still thinkin we could make this the biggest Fordification MNG to date-even if only half showed up, (14) that said maybe.

Randy and I decided on a 10 A.M. meet / 11 A.M. group truck photo / 11 A.M.-12 noon hang out.
This will give everyone plenty of time to go to the Supernationals show.
I've sent out a "last call email" tonight to 28 of you that had shown interest or did say you might be attending the show or our Meet-N-Greet. The message had about all the pertinent details of our MNG as well as links to the show again. With just over one week to go it's really time for me to get to work on BC#16, (to make sure it makes it the 125 miles up there).
Guys please don't hesitate to PM me if you have any questions.

Still wanna' know who asked what a Supernational was...and who voted "I'm a chebby fan" on the poll LOL! That just aint' right Randy!

Still working on getting that nice 67 to show up. My old rough 69 is probably going to make it if I burn some wrench time at work in the parking lot during breaks and lunch.

guys, i need a little advice. i've never been to this show before so i dont know what to expect as far as the swap meet. my bed for my 69 short bed has a bad floor, is it a good possibility that someone might have a good bed or even a floor at the swap meet. my wife and i are coming down friday and its over an 8hr drive. i have an 03 f150 and i'm sure you know what kind of gas milage they get lol. so its either drive that down for a possibility of getting a bed or floor or drive our fusion down that gets over 30mpg. anyone know what i should do?

Last time I went, they didn't have any used parts that I saw. DC and LMC were there and had some display parts and I'm sure they had some stock in a trailer somewhere but it wasn't really a "swap meet" as such. Just NOS and aftermarket parts. That was a few years ago though. Somebody else that's been more recently may have seen something different.

Randy, thanks for editing the post.
Ryan, there's a link there in the flyer that has contact information for the show organizers. I'd remembered calling them last year asking about dogs, (no dogs at the show). I'd give them a call and ask about the show? I say this due to the fact that my older Brother's attended a few years-and he does sell parts, (50's Ford truck parts only).

Our weather here in choo-choo town, (125 miles away) looks awesome for this coming Saturday!

Ditto Charlie! It is 124.8 miles each way for me and BC #16. I had a chase truck but the driver decided to ride with me instead so it will be an endurance test on the bump with no backup!
Guys, (and gals) I'll leave very early Saturday morning / drive up for the meet / then have to turn around noon and drive straight back. No show for me this year...
