Wow! That's pretty. Do you apply that right after paint or is there a waiting period like wax?

looking fantastic! i love the rear tank setup. and thats a great price for a new tank. can't wait to see it finished. she's coming along nicely, i have enjoyed reading through this build!

I have a question about your beautiful build, what brand of hearders are you using and do they go over the first cross member? I like them and they look like they are routed like the stock exhaust, but I could tell for sure looking at the pictures. Thanks in advance, and again that is a beautiful build.

Here's a link to the headers I used:

They go over the cross member between the radius arms and under the transmission cross member. I made a removable cross member that goes between the radius arms because it has to come out to install the headers...they are a tight fit. BobbyFord has a thread on here about his header ordeal with the Hooker's and I had the same challenges.

I read BobbyFord's posting about the headers, I think I will look for something that is easier to install. He went to a lot of trouble and work to get them to fit and they are not that important to me. I'm just an old guy with an old truck that likes torque. :D Okay, now back to the real topic of this thread, your awesome truck build!

FWIW, the smaller primary tube headers fit with no modification to the intermediate crossmember and run above the crossmsmber. If you have stockish heads then the smaller primary headers will work just fine. I know the Hedman headers bolt in with no mods.
