hope im out of gas. cant remeber when i put gas in last.

could try to pour a little amout of gas into the carb and if it starts it starts, check the gas, fuel filter and pump.

then again im no expert im barly getting by on my own with the projects that i have to do to my truck.

my 71 is doing the same thing right now. i took the line off where it is below the cab, the line is completely dry. so its not getting fuel. so the line must be clogged or a bad fuel pump. im guessing a clog since its happened before.

Unscrew the fuel filter, see if the canister has gas in it if the canister doesn't have gas in it, fill it up and try and start it, if it runs then the canister empties, there is probably an air leak between the tank and pump. If the canister still has gas in it, take the outlet line of the pump off and put a piece of hose on into a bucket it should pump fuel out when cranked
