Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has converted their 2WD F250-F350 Bump from 1/2"x20tpi lugs, to 9/16" lugs?
If so, what parts did you use, and how expensive was it?
The information I'm really looking for would pertain to front disc, rear big drum brakes ('72 F250 with 8100 GVW package).
The reason I'm asking is that I've found some great deals on nice looking Dodge alloy wheels, but they are built for 9/16" lugs. I'll be hauling/towing heavy weights, and don't want to mismatch the wheels-to-lug sizing.
Thanks for your help!

Well I'm half way there
I have found a direct replacement lug 9/16" x 18 Same exact shoulder as the original, with a 1/8" longer threaded shank.
They are readily available at Auto zone, and are only a couple of bucks each. If I had 4 wheel drum this is all I would need.

For comparison, here is the stock lug Dorman part number 610-110

I am still looking for the front lugs. The front lugs have a 3/4" long shoulder and are a bit shorter. overall. The shank length being longer won't matter, but the shoulder could if a standard steel wheel is used. wouldn't matter if the spare was an aluminum wheel though.
