Article 2077 - Heat on Floor Pan

Install the necessary insulation from service kit.

Examine the floor pan insulation and deadener. Refer to Figure 21 and select the precut parts and install where necessary as follows:

Series F-100-F250 Ranger
Series F-100 240 C.I.D. Engine & Manual Transmission with R.P.O. IMCO Exhaust Emission System

    2 - Deadener
    3 - Deadener - Front Floor Pan Sound L.H.
    4 - Deadener - Front Floor Pan Sound R.H.
    5 - Deadener - Front Floor Pan Under Front Seat Sound
Series F-100-F250-F350 R.P.O. with Air Conditioner (Heavy Duty)
    6 - Absorber
    7 - Absorber - Front Floor Pan L.H.
    8 - Absorber - Front Floor Pan R.H.
    9 - Absorber - Floor Pan Under Front Seat
A heat deflector C6TZ-8111398-A is required for the following models:
    All F-100-350 Sold in California
    Series F-100-350 with A/C
    All Ranger Models
    All F-100 - 4x2 and 4x4 Models
    All Models with Thermactor Exhaust Emission System

NOTE: Secure each piece of absorber or deadener with adhesive (C5AZ-19C525-A) as required.
