(1968-69 F-100/250 and F-100 4x4)

Replace rear spring "U" bolt mounting plate which as been re-designed to reduce the clearance between the "U" bolts and the spring assembly. The location of the "U" bolts with the new mounting plate reduces the possibility of the bottom leaf being askew.
NOTE: The "U" bolts are to be torqued as follows:
- D0TZ-5796-A - All - 100-120 ft. lbs.
- D0TZ-5796-B - F-100 - 110-160 ft. lbs.
- D0TZ-5796-B - F-250 - 100-120 ft. lbs.
