FINDING YOUR TRUCK'S VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (V.I.N.)
Your truck's V.I.N. number should be on a tag riveted to the driver's door. But what if it's missing, and you need to verify that the number on your truck's title is accurate? No worries...the V.I.N can also be found stamped in two places on each truck's frame.

Decoding Your Truck's V.I.N. Tag
If you've verified your truck's year of manufacture and you're ready to decipher all the information contained within the V.I.N. and on the V.I.N. tag, this is the section for you. Click on the year of your truck for a complete breakdown of the tag codes for your year.
