what can i expect to pay for new transmission
i have a 1972 camper special that is showing signs of trans failure and i need to know how much to save up

So its a C6 - its fairly rudimentary transmission shouldn't be terrible... as always depends how many hard parts you need..
If you're reasonably handy you could probably do it yourself with a decent set of tools and you tube.
