Passenger Side Bed Chrome Alignmnet

Post by jdconnel »

It seems my chrome was pushed forward. Rear bed lights broke, but that was the only damange.
The chrome strip is forward about 1" ... what's the easiest way to push it back and get it back in place?
Figured I would start here before making a mess. Thanks!

Take a wood block and tap on the end of trim to slide trim back. Use light force with the hammer/mallet. If trim slide forward it will slide back. I done this when i installed my trim and after i got it all tighten up i noticed one piece needed a little adjustment so i got the ole block and hammer out.
