Haven't done anything to the truck in about a month or so, no motivation and other priorities inside the house. Puppy still quarantined, vet says something different this time. Will be getting a second opinion next week. Also making a trip to Phoenix (Goodyear) for the Championship weekend at the track. Flying in Thursday night and leaving Monday. Had to cancel my anniversary trip to Morro Bay because of sick puppy. Will use that time hopefully to work on the truck and celebrate a 30th anniversary.
To do:
Full front end suspension rebuild including King Pins
New Calipers
Brake Hoses
Master Cylinder
Power Booster
New Brake pads
New rotors
Anti Sway Bar
Rear Springs
Shocks
Drums
Wheel Cylinders
Hardware
Shoes
Finish Headlight upgrade
Finish 3G upgrade
Finish installing front of engine.
finish upgrading all LED
New door seals
New Door window glass
Window channel felt
Power Window conversion
Power Door Lock conversion
Extra USB ports
Sound deadener
interior LED lights.

Need to locate motivation.

The truck will still be there.

Amazed at how our lives get dictated by priorities, (even at 61 the "curve balls" still come). :(

My motivation ALWAYS came from other members here's progress/video's/pictures, (and the MNG's and shows and swap meets).

I'd love to see the MNG's come back to Fordification members.

Well vacation last month Thanksgiving week did not turn out how I wanted. Wife went into the hospital on her birthday day before Thanksgiving and after our 30th Anniversary celebration with supraventricular tachycardia. She stayed there till 5pm Thanksgiving. She is doing good, is on beta blockers, and sees a specialist to determine the next step and review the heart monitor activity from last Wed-Fri.

Last night after work, wired up the halos for a test, they look so cool.

Baby steps I guess. Wifes health is more important than the truck at this point.

Ordered something from EBay on Sunday and should be here by the endo of the week. A jack handle, less than $50. He has several F100 parts.

Looking at the timeline when I first started this thread was July 2019, and then nothing until February of this year. Amazing where priorities end up. But that was not when I first started working on this truck. I registered Wed Feb 08, 2017 4:58 pm. Couple of first posts viewtopic.php?f=1&t=85515&p=730847#p730847 and a couple others in the parts for sale sub. Made my first purchase at NPD on 03/09/2017. But looking at my account at work, I made my first purchase in Nov 2016.

It is quite amazing when you look back on your project isn't it! I started mine when I was a senior in high school. I have bought and sold several bump side trucks along the way and have had three different bodies on this truck. I have never actually had this truck on the road yet, but did drive it on a few occasions.

Your wife's health is more important than 10 bumps in your garage my friend!
I spent 7 years to get my truck where I wanted it, (and around $8K too).
The truck will still be there when it is time to proceed on it.
My prayers for your wife's health to return.

Thanks Jeff. Right now everything is good with her. Waiting for an appointment with the electro cardiologist after the first of the year, also waiting to see if some certain studio in Burbank opens back up anytime soon so she can go back to work. Has been home since 3/17/20.

So I hate it when I misplace things. I have car parts all over the house and in a couple of bedrooms, out in the garage, and in the cab of the truck. I purchased the spring and new bumpers for the glove box, I believe from LMC, if not NPD. Is it possible that one of the bumpers holds the spring in place? It was NPD back in 04/12/2017

Oh look what I found "A" RUBBER BUMPER ONLY, CAN REPLACE PLASTIC TAB AND SPRING IF SO EQUIPPED.

Now I just need to find the damn things.

Well wife doing great, no cause for alarm anymore. Got meds to take daily, and even better news is she just finished her first week back at work, 4 days at home training on stuff she already knew, but best thing is I see new front and rear glass, tires, carpet and seat in the Pearls future, NEAR future.
