67-72 f100 4x4 front coil spring perches/towers

Hello all have a question about coil spring perches are 67-72 interchangeable with the 73-79 perches and what the differences are planning on doing the front axle swap into my 67 f100 4x4 with a 78 bronco disc brake axle but my spring perches are shot can I use the broncos perches thanks
