Cracked steering wheel, can they be fixxed?

My steering wheel is cracked, at the base where it bolts to the collum, is there a fix for this? Any ideas, or suggetions?

I've seen new ones from DC and some other places, but can't afford thoes right now.

POR 15 makes a kit specifically for fixing steering wheels, check out their site.
