haha...actually it's not easy to find a F-1000 in good conditions, since they were used to work. :fr:

I have seen one diesel bump here in arkansas, i guess it was an import

There have been quite a few people who have repowered domestic-market Fords with diesel engines. Popular choices seem to be the Cummins 4BT or 6BT. It makes for a nice truck that gets decent fuel economy.
