Blocked PM's
How do I contact an Adminstrator to see why I cannot send PM's? I was just sending them and now they're blocked

who did you send it to? if it was me i didnt get it. i am wondering if the friend vs foe thing would have anything to do if it was sent to someone who had you on thier foe list.

What precisely was the message that you received when you tried to send it?
I assume you have ensured that your mailbox is not full and that you were not sending them so fast or to so many people that flow control was activated?

Messages are sending now. Didn't get any message when trying to send but my messages just sat in the outbox.

They stay in the outbox until a recipient reads them, that is normal.
