YES IT IS AN EXPLORER . I AM LOOKING FOR A BADGE FOR GLOVEBOX ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. WILL POST MORE PICS SOON .

I got one for mine off of eBay for about five bucks plus shipping, but just for your info, the 72 Explorer did NOT have a glove box badge...I think only the 70 and maybe the 71s had them...But I liked the look so I got one anyway....Somewhere on this site, there is an 'Explorer Special" tech article that lists all the little nuances of them...

THANKS JOE. ICHECKED THE TECH SITE AND IT APPEARS THE BADGE WAS AVAILABLE IN 72 .WAS NOT AWARE UNTIL YOUR POST . MAN THEY LOOK GOOD
