Post by ezernut9mm »

got my white wheels and stainless center caps on the 70 today. now she looks like a good ol' farm truck!

what she looked like:

also got new intake gaskets installed and no more oil leaks. it's nice to park in the driveway without leaving a big ol' spot on the ground.

Good afternoon Ezernut9mm!

Your new wheels look fantastic, and really impact the truck's overall appearance. Those white steel wheels are my favorite type!

Well done.

thanks for the response robroy. i really think the white wheels and dog dish hub caps make for a very stock appearance, especially on a long bed.

You know, when I saw the title, "Polishing a Turd", I didn't have to look at who the author was, or what truck we were gonna be talking about :P Seriously though, those wheels make it the best looking turd around

Those wheels changed the shade of the paint on the truck. Before it looked dingy and dirty, but now it looks new. Great addition. You have to change your signature picture now.

I have to totally agree with BiggDogg's statement.

Although, I will have to add my :2cents: and say other than the baby poop color I don't think it deserves being called a turd! :)

New wheels look great!!!
