I ordered a rebuild kit for my 240. It took 3 weeks from the day that I ordered for me to receive it. After almost 3 weeks of not getting an answer or tracking number, the finally told me that they had to ship the pistons from another location to fill the order. They then supplied me with the tracking number.

If I was to give them a ranking I would say 10 on the product
4 on the customer service

All in all, I am happy with the pieces that were put together in this kit.
