Any interest in a Texas Cruise In ?

Post by dwayne »

I live in Austin and there are many great venues for a "cruise ins" in the area. A possible Saturday in the Fall may work well. Any feedback ?

I may be interested. I'll be in College Station during the fall.

I understand that one is in Oklahoma and I was just wondering if there is any interest in one in Central Texas as well. Just a thought. Thanks.

I might be up for one, I also live in the Austin area that one up north sounds good, but is too far for me to make.

I wouldn't be able to bring my 67 since it is in the middle of being restored. But if there is one I would show up to meet and see some other bumps. Perhaps we can start something new? And there would be some other cool towns to cruise to besides Austin. Fredricksberg, luckenbock, Round rock, and Llano is some I can think of off the top of my head. Just suggestions.

That is a good point, many other nice towns to see other than Austin around here. Plus less traffic and more to see, and the added bonus of some really good BBQ joints to eat at as well.

I live in Austin as well, I'm up for a cruise in or to meet any fellow members in the area.

Here in Abilene we have a cruise night around Sept 20th every year, I finally went this year and was suprised at how many
cars and trucks were cruising, we need more bumps though! Abilene is 170 NW of Austin on I20. Lets get a lil truck club
going folks! We can call it the 19Ford67's!! :D

P.s. i just found out there were over 2000 cars out cruising that night.
