Car Parts Wholesale

Post by kentdaryl »

Car Parts Wholesale stinks;
Through an ebay auction I won a door hinge for my '96 F250. They contacted me several days later because they didn't have the part, but would get more in stock soon. They refunded my money.
They listed another one so I bought it. It arrived last week and it's the wrong side, passenger (RH) instead of drivers (LH). So I called them this morning to return it, after being on hold for 15 minutes and 20 seconds (that's right, I have a timer on my work phone), the customer service rep told me I had to have the part number from the box as well as the correct part number! I asked how the h*ll am I supposed to know the correct part number? I told her to forget it and that I'd get my satisfaction by leaving negative feedback.
