Occasional login issues

Post by spartman »

Every so often I notice when I try to log in the site tries to log me into the oldsmobility site first instead of the fordification site.

I have cleared every cookie, history, temp internet file etc.

This doesn't happen very often just once about every 30-50 logins.

Just thought I would let you know

Had some trouble again today.

Typed in www.fordification.com/forum and went to www.ford.oldsmobility.com/forum.

I retyped the address and it finally went to the fourms correctly.

Could it be a DNS problem?

Hmmm....that's strange. I don't think I've ever noticed that on my end. FORDification.com is an add-on domain for my OLDSmobility.com account, though the DNS server is supposed to route all Ford traffic to the Ford site. Apparently it occasionally has a hiccup.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll have to keep an eye on that.

I never had that happen...and I've visited the Oldsmobility site numerous times. Strange indeed.
