drum to disc brake conversion kits.
ive found drum to disk conversion kits for my 67 f100. i seen them on jegs and summit. i was wondering, if anybody knows anything other sites that would offer a better price on conversion kits. kind of looking for at least dual piston calipers included in the kits. any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks everyone

Re: drum to disc brake conversion kits.
Your best course is to locate some '73-'74 disc brake spindles. They're a direct drop in replacement for your drum spindles. Then you can source any number of rotor/caliper options, off the shelf.

Re: drum to disc brake conversion kits.
I did the conversion with 74 spindles and after paying $80 at a wrecking yard for the spindles and hardware the total came to roughly $300. Just remember you're going to need different rubber lines too. they use a banjo bolt to attach to the caliper instead of just screwing in. make sure you grab those bolts when you pull the rest of it, they are a bear to find. napa had some luckily.

Typically, steering links are spec'ed for the donor's year.
Master Power Brakes has a disc kit for Bumps. However, the more cost-effective way to go is a donor vehicle.
