Check around for metal shops or welding shops, they can even shear it and bend your angles.

If you arent up to the welding/fabricating, why dont you hunt for a welder (person) who does that type of work and ask him to help you out. Check out some of those guys who have a mobile welding business.
You have a rotted out sill (the brace that goes across the truck frame and supports the bed, and your bottom/sides are rotted. You can buy a repl. sill, (see http://www.mar-k.com/ ) and those right-angle bottoms cant be that hard to repair. A good welder could fix you right up. Just a suggestion
