Sudden Failure wont start, battery drain ect...

Howdy there gents ,
The other day while running a few errends i got in and attempted to start the truck and nothing . nothing when turn the key at all . i got the truck towed home and started poking around . replaced the batt, starter realy, and coil . still nothing . the next day when check it the new battery was dead and the coil was HOT . i put the battery on the charger , disconnected the coil, checked on all the fuses ( all good) and the next morning the batt was dead again .. any advise or direction would be greatly appreciated

I'd check the ignition switch , it might not be shutting off completly. :hmm:
