Tachs...throw this out there.

They make tachs with a dial that goes up to 6000 rpm instead of the usual 8000. Any one seen a source for them? They arent that common. Thanks

Summit has a few 6k Autometer tachs, not diesel.

Thanks. I guess i was thinking of someone who recommended a 6000 rpm tach saying it was easier to read, for a low revving vehicle like an old truck. What does everyone else use? Im thinking Id like to have one for my 300-6.

Matbe a regular one with the 8000 but in a 270 degree sweep.

:hmm: Use the Serria marine tach 0 ta 6000 it costs about $59.00 they should be avalible at napa.
