Emblem Fastners

Post by patruccio »

Just had my 68 camper special painted and starting to put it back together.
I'm having major issuers finding the right fastners for the emblems. I've
searched online, I've looked at most of the restoration folks and can't
locate any. Would it not make sense for the folks that you order the
emblems from to have the gromets, fastners, barrel clips ect.?????????
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. :lolprev:

I just noticed your post patruccio, here are a few websites you might want to check to see if they have the barrel clips. Auveco has what they call tubular nuts, not sure if they have the size you need? FYI

I think these fasteners are just thread cutting nuts. Lowes or Home Depot usually have them in the "Special Fasteners" section where they keep them in big drawers. It's where I got mine.

Good Luck!

Most old Ford hardware was shared amongst all Fords.
