Does your paint code read -AP? I've never seen boxwood green and black. I bet it would be sharp tho. I've seen a few guys on here use computer programs to superimpose different colors on trucks maybe someone can do it for ya.

Yes the color code is A P. I have been looking all over the internet and still can not find another truck that matches mine. I was hoping to find one restored in those colores with the wood and chrome trim and green interior. But I seem to have a one of a kind. :woohoo:

Lone Ranger do you know does the superimpose pictures ?

Ryan(1971 ford) was using that program in his rubicon f250 thread. I think it's like a Microsoft paint program. I'm sure there is an app out there that will let you do it. My truck color code says NM but my truck was all black everywhere so maybe the code is wrong. Somebody could have been drinkin on the job back in the 60's

My truck still has the paint and is actually in really good condition besides the inside of the bed and couple spots on the bottom of the doors that started to rust. I'll post some pictures in the next couple days.

Ok this is my 69 ford f100 Ranger Xlt long box, has chrome and wood trim. Gas tank not behind the seat but underneath instead the storage compartments behind the seat. I'm missing a chrome piece for one door panel inside and the tailgate is plane but there are holes around so I know I'm missing things on the tailgate.

Hey that looks sweet! Boxwood green is the color of mine( been sanding the box all day for paint). Did you say the gas tank is under the seat?! It looks like you don't have the regular gas fill spot behind the drivers window. I've seen guys fill them in but didn't know they could come like that. That thing is cherry if it's original paint and everything, I wouldn't cover it up.

The gas tank is not in the cab but underneath. Instead of the tank behind the seat they put two storage/tool box.

There is some rust but nothing bad at all and the body is straight came with the original engine but I put a 390 crate engine In until the original can be rebuilt. Still has original stereo that works and a track player that works. Where the manuals are there is a tear in the seat but I'm hoping I can find someoSomeone who can match the fabric and just replace that spot. And the tailgate is missing it's trim. I'm just not sure what goes there. And the back and trim chrome piece on the door panel on the picture of the inside I. Missing that on the driver's side otherwise it's great. I'm also looking to figure something out with the drum brakes to something safer but I'm not sure how much that will cost.
