Might be a good buy for someone, but what I can see, and it might not be an accurate observation.
The drivers side is dented pretty good. (down by the turn signal housing. Also on drivers side, the center mounting tab looks like it was cut off.
Two lower mounting tabs have been cut off or removed. Can't tell for sure but some of the mounting holes on top appear to be torn.
I could be wrong, but that's what I see.
