Need to have a bit more info.
What are you going to use this truck for?
How big a tire are you wanting to run?
Suspension lift or body lift?
I believe Cage makes some lifts for the bumps but they are $$$$$$$

Cage Rules.

You will never find a company more dedicated to their customers... You can even call one of the owners and ask for advice/help/complaints and KNOW they are hearing what you are saying...

Money well spent!

Skyjacker makes lifts from 2" to 9" for that truck. Check out skyjacker.com. You can also get it from 4wheelparts.com

only 33"s if you replaced your old saggy front coils, and new C bushings. Re-arched your rear springs, I think you could run 33-12.5-15 no trouble. If lift is what you want Talk to cage. You'll need @ 2 degree C bushings and taller coil springs.
