I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~

yep.stock with the factory u-bolts when i took them out in the summertime
.actually other than my 66 it was the first f250 i had seen with only the 3" blocks but now i will have to look at the 68 and 70 i have here too.

on the 72, i took the 60 and 3" blocks out, put in a posi 70 and the 4" blocks.
also put a 65 f350 cab and holmes 460 wrecker on the back.

It's always possible someone swapped under some 3" blocks. You didn't happen to read the casting numbers on the blocks did you?

I think the dentside F-150 4x4 springs are 3" wide.

i was looking for the blocks the other day for just that reason.when i find them i am going look for the #.
i do not think they were changed ever, the u bolts were the ford ones , not aftermarket or made in a shop.
