69 ford/crown vic power steering line help

ok guys, i just put the crown vic kmember in my 69 and it turned out great i might add. here is my question, it has an 80's 300/ 6 cylinder with power steering on it. how do i adapt the power steering from the old ford to the vic lines? any ideas?

I've never looked into it, but my local AutoZone has a poster in the window that says they can make custom lines. You might call your local shops, and see what they can do for you and what it would cost.
