I believe that no cab lights were factory installed. I believe all were dealer installed. Grote makes quality cab lights; I had some on my '63.

I still don't think cab lights were factory installed. Door mirrors weren't factory installed; they were left inside boxes inside the cab for the dealers to install.

You've given me a mission, I have my '68 and '70 cabs down at the farm with OEM lights still in and I guess if they were factory the holes would be punched, not drilled. I also have a spare set I pulled off the '69 U haul truck and I think those holes were punched, not drilled. Those bulbs are DZ 77-533 with a SAE PC-68 stamp as well. Plastic base with a 1/4" thick black foam gasket that mostly recesses into the light housing.

eBay, they pop up NOS quite often. Usually you can find them in junk yards on larger trucks.

Saw these very-retro cab lights in my 'hood.
It's a '67.

If I recall right those are old international harvester "satelite" marker lamps. I had a set of 5 at one point becasue I was going to do the same thing but lost a couple over the years.
