C4 only has 2nd after motor swap!

Just finished up a 240 I6 to 302 swap and noticed my trans has extreme difficulty being in other gear except for neutral and 2nd. It'll shift into drive but it won't shift up into 3rd. I had no issues with the tranny at all before the swap. I have a lokar shifter, going to adjust and see if that will fix it.

I also installed a lokar kick down cable but I didn't order the arm for the carb, so it's just temp installed at this point.

Brand new TCI converter as well(installed prior to swap)

Fixed. Adjusted shifter linkage. While doing so, I notice the vac line was disconnected from trans. Good to go now
