I can't complain!

Post by 390Nut »

At least not about this!

428CJ carb

Bought this carb at a yard sale about 5 years ago. It was more or less junk, missing parts and the butterflies were frozen shut. One of those projects I never got too, not like I have a CobraJet to put it on, nor is it a "proper, concours" carb for a CJ car (it's a service replacement, not a factory installed carb). It DOES however have all the proper parts on it, and the only issue is the # on the airhorn. Everything else will bolt onto an original C9AF carb.

Been running this auction for 7 days, and until today was at $41.00. It doubled today, and yes, I AM being greedy and hoping for more. (especially with 18 ebayers watching it)

But, I wont complain, I paid a measly $0.99 for it way back when, as the old man had no idea what it was, and was packing up to move to Florida (or Pheonix, I can't remember exactly).

Guess I done good on my investment! :woohoo:
