Rocker arm oil baffles

Post by lennyp »

I'm installing a Edelbrock Performer Rpm intake manifold on my 390. The rocker arm oil baffle drain fingers hit the push rod hole. Should I cut the fingers off the oil baffles or just install the rocker arm assembly without the oil baffles. Thanks for any help.

I would do the minimal clearancing needed and run with the baffles. There's a reason they are there.

Thanks Ranchero. I'll trim them off.
