A couple weeks back I picked up a '72 in pretty nice condition by my standards. Been driving it quite frequently until I started smelling fuel while driving for a couple days. No visible leaks when I parked it, until one day the pump was dripping heavily. I quickly found the source and cranked it up to see how bad it was while running. It spurt quite a bit but not too much more than when it was parked. Turned it off and whalah, no more leaking... That tells me there that it's the position of the pump that lets it leak. Parked it and that night again it leaked. Lost a lot of fuel. What do I need to do to fix this? Replace the whole pump or is there supposed to be a plug? I circled in yellow where it was leaking.
Oh, and here's my new baby

Toss the pump in the scrap metal bin. Nice truck.

They're cheap and readily available at your local parts store. Beautiful truck!

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Could Anyone tell me if this a 352 or a 360?

I think the 352 was cast into all FE blocks. Ford didn't use them in pick-up after 67. But that don't mean someone didn't have one put in over the years.
Use a round rod or something you can use to go through the plug hole and check the stroke. 3.5"=360 or 352,,,,,3.78"=390

73 and up FE engines have a mirror 105 where the 352 is on the block
