'67-'72 Pickup ID page updated

Post by FORDification »

I've updated the instrument panel section of the Identifying 1967-1972 Ford Pickups page to include some new information regarding the differences in the '71-'72 instrument panels.

The '67-'72 instrument panels have the same harness connector, but there's a difference in pin-out, depending on whether the truck came with idiot lights or gauges. However, it was brought to my attention in this thread that the '71-'72 panels' harness connector is completely different for idiot light panels vs. gauge panels, in addition to the obvious difference in printed circuit boards. 'theogre5150' provided some excellent comparison pictures of the two styles, which has now been added to the above-linked ID page.

Thanks Eric!

Here's the comparison graphic now posted on the ID page. (Click to enlarge.)

You might want to include 1970 in the yr range keith as mine has the same type of connector on it.
