Lot of great looking trucks there. A couple of things I noticed.

The grills. What a collection of super shiney and straight grills. They all look great!

The rear sport bumpers. I guess to enter you need to have one. It would be nice to see a real clean stock truck with the step bumper, if just to be different.

That's the first time I've seen that many of our trucks together like that. Great to actually see the variety of ideas and get an idea of what looks like heck and what works. Would like to have seen that pancaked hood on the green 71 in the down position to get an idea of how it looked. A lot of beautiful garage queens but I like mine driveable :D How about you guys?

MK, I'm with you...I like a nice truck, but it needs to be a daily driver, too. Something that if you scratch it, or the old lady spills ssomething in it, that's not too cool but it's not a tragedy either. Truck has to work for its living.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend. These pictures were taken by 'Sbairboy'.

I agree with DuckRyder...
Hands down, the most beautiful bumpside I've ever seen to date.

Eventually, mine will be cosmetically a clone to that one. I had that decided even before I saw that truck.

Wow!!!Great job on the pics!!...I can't find any truck there that I'd kick out of bed---er---my garage...They even had a sawed off version of my Explorer in there...I love looking at show vehicles, but practically,I'm with mk,....I like driving them....That's why my favorite pic is those two guys driving away in that green and white one...

Ah Yes!! Thanks for posting pics. Since going for 1st time when mine was ready in 2003 then again in 2005, it seems I'm on the every other year plan, so wasn't there this year. It looks like the Red 67 was trailered in again and parked inside with mirrors again, did he win TOY again? I also see Seans Green 70-72 (pie cut hood, A/R wheels) was there (he got TOY in 2004) (only time Red one didn't in past 5-6 years) so I'm really curious what 67-72 got TOY this year, looks like it was a good year for a shoot out. The slammed yellow one from MI is nice, though not many body mods (no filled seams anyway), but very well done.

But for me it boils down to ......
I WANT THE SLAMMED ORANGE STEP SIDE, BAD!!!!
AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!

On that beautiful blue/white shortbox dr pointed out did anyone else notice the stance of the rear wheels? Looks like he's either got really wide wheels or has swapped in a 73-up rear end. Doesn't look as 'pinched' as the others do.

Hey mike, can you tell me why some of the cargo lights are upside down and the others right side up? :hmm:

Here's a count of the one's I could see:

67 - one up, one down
68 - two up, two down
69 - three up, two down
71? - one down
72 - one up

'Course the big question is what's right side up? I'm assuming like it was mounted on the Tbird.

Wow- good eye, Barry. Never even thought about that. Probably just a personal taste kind of thing, like two-tone box interiors and painted wide chrome. Which way do you guys like to see them mounted?

I think they were mounted opposite of the t-bird. I could be wrong.
