1967 f100 brake fluid level?

Post by papalawrence »

My '67 Ford F100 has two chambers for brake fluid. Should both be filled to top? One is half full and the other is completely full.

Yes, both should be kept to within 1/2 inch or so of the top. If it keeps dropping then you've got a leak or if you have disc brakes, the pistons expand as the pads and rotors wear so the fluid flows into the calipers to compensate for this.
