Beautiful.
You are going with the indented rear fender for the spare? My '67 had the under-the-bed mounted spare, was it an option to get the side-mounted spare? Wondering about that.

Yes it came that way originally, so I'm sticking with the side-mounted spare. I've always liked that look!

I had just finished rebuilding my NP435 and Dana 21 when I came across this at a local parts swap. I paid $350 and even found the receipt in the box: This was a full rebuild from Novak Conversions in Utah that had cost $1200. So now I've got my rebuilt as a spare, this one is going in the truck!

This was the donor motor that came out of a 2nd '67 2WD that I bought for body panels: It's the correct date code, and the truck originally came with a 300ci 6 so I'm going back to that. I'm digging around to find my rebuild pics....

Rebuilt front Diff done (made a heck of a mess, hence the pile of floor-dry! Painted and in the truck now....

Thanks! The shop looks filthy, It's got a dirty side for tear down and clean side, all the assembly has been done on the clean side!

It should be: The beds on these weren't really straight from the factory, but with high-gloss paint, I'm going for as straight as possible.

I'm well past this part, but the rear diff done (I'm told they came from the factory this color combo, then a pre-assembly of the frame with suspension, using grade 8 hardware.....
