Now to deal with the front frame horns. The drivers side is bent in a little bit. The passenger side is bent out a little bit. It's 3/4" out of square with the frame. I believe the frame horns are supposed to bend out slightly. Does anybody have a straight front frame horn section that they could measure for me? The driver's side has had the bumper bolt holes elongated towards the outside, and the passenger side does not. The bumper bolts up good though.

Finished up with the boxing plates on the front frame horns. Got the drivers side straightened out. Welded on some tie down lugs for when I have to haul it long distance. I also got the frame paint today. Mixed in 24 grams candy purple pearl in with 1/2 gallon of deep black. Totally looks black until you turn the paint stick and it glows dark purple. Also picked up the stainless hardware for all of the suspension.

Working on stripping the frame for paint. POR-15'd the core support, radius arm bushing shafts, brake calipers and cab mount flanges. Got some parts in today for the rear-end. Going from 3:50's to 3:70's. So, if anyone needs a brand new set of Richmond Gears.... Plus, the new paint guns! No more siphon guns for this guy!

Finished assembling the rear end. Got the motor installed for the final time hopefully. Starting to get the front end underneath it. The polishing is looking nice!
