Anyway, a gentleman gave me a deposit today. I needed the money to pay the tax office to transfer the GSA title into a Texas Title in my name.

After 2-4 weeks I will recieve the Texas Title in the mail. Then we can submit the paperwork to transfer the Title into the gentleman's name.

I have owned the truck since March 2009 but never applied for texas title.

The gov form only has the last five digits as a vin 28226 or whatever. But this data plate is screwed on the inside of the driver's door and doesn't match the vin on the side of the door. I assume the doors have been replaced long ago...

From what I can see, it's the first one.
