anyone remember this auction?

I won it , took about 3 weeks to get the guy to give me a total with shipping. Finally got a figure from him and he seems to have forgotten to mail me the grill after I paid with PayPal. I filed a complaint (or whatever they call it) almost 2 weeks ago. I have yet to hear anything from eBay or PayPal. I just upgraded it to a claim, and asked for my money back.

I have a bad feeling about this. Luckily it wasn't a whole lot of money, but it ain't pocket change either.
