excellent. thank you for the idea. i have soem doulbe A batteries in my camera that are doing that to me. i bet it will work. i knew i needed to drain them some how. and now i know how. i will also do my 18 volt dewalt the same way. i bought it as a possible bad one on ebay and it does the same thign. it charges up but only stays charged for a few minutes.
