Rocker Arm Shaft Bolts/ Needed

Rocker Arm Shaft Bolts needed for my 390, Can't find new ones anywhere? Anybody know where to buy new ones or have some I could buy, buford

When you say "Rocker Arm Shaft Bolts" don't you mean rocker arm studs? :hmm:
Maybe one of the FE guys will come along that can help more with selecting which one:

There the eight bolts that mount your Rocker arm shaft to the top of the Head, 4 on each side, 3 are the same size and 1 longer one, they go through the aluminum stands or towers I think there called also. They torque @ 40-45 PSI Starting with 4321 and then 5678, you move your crank 45 degrees past tdc, hope this helps discribe them, I've look all over and can't find any new ones, Thanks for the link also, I'm going to check it out in a bit, You would think ARP would have them but, I haven't had any luck, buford I would take a good used set if anybody has some!!!! :thup:

looks like you are headed for a junkyard...

You can also check with Woods here - usually in the engine forum... IIRC he rebuilds engines.

If you can't find any, I know a junkyard with lots of FE's and FT's...

Yeah too the junk yard, I'm going to try that this morning but almost all the old fords are gone, even the junk yards, I only know of one in my area thats close.When the price of metal went up the old heavy iron was the first to go, and that sucks, I'll check with Woods also, but Still looking for now, thanks for all your imput guys, buford

I contacted woods and he's 90% sure he has a set, Thanks again to all that offered there help in finding these, buford
