Hey from Saskatchewan

Post by Savfil »

Hey everyone, thought I'd drop in on this site as I recently acquired a 1967 Mercury M100. It's pretty rusty body-wise, but it has a strong running 240 and the light duty 3 on the tree. I will need to do the floor pans and the cab mounts, there's nothing left of them.

This is a bit of a change for me, my other projects have been bikes; most recently a 1988 Honda VF750 C 'super Magna'. But I look forward to sharing this truck project here!

Welcome from sunny Southern Alberta, and yes there is life south of Calgary!! :D Enjoy your Mercury, I have 3 for sale, one is a '67 M100 factory power steering and brakes, 390 C6 needs about as much work as yours but it's all there. Also a pair of '69 F100's, one is a 4X4 and the other is an all original 360, three on the tree. There is much information posted here don't be afraid to ask any questions, good luck with your project! 8)

Thanks a lot! I'm sure I'll have questions as I go along, I've had a poke around the forum already and there's lots of knowledge here to pick away at. Good luck with the sales!
