Well we made it through another FORDification Greet and Meet.
This one being the PNW 2nd annual greet and meet/4x4 swap meet.
Of course it turned out awesome. The weather worked out great,
the food was wonderful and of course the bull-pucky was being
spilled out in high volumes. We started out the chilly morning
walking the 4X4 swap meet here in Puyallup gazing at thing we
thought we might need or ideas for yet another project to
unfinish. A few of us walked or trailered out some goodies we
found.
By midday the air had warmed up nicely and the relaxing touch of
the sun spoiled us. Around 3PM we headed for Nifty Fiftys for
some grub. When we arrived we found out that the policy for kids
was revised and no longer were they allowed. Well if one of us
isn’t allowed in because we aren’t of legal age to drink then I
don’t need to go in either. Like that little rug rat would know
what to do with a beer anyway (Right Mike? Don’t make a liar out
of me). So off we headed to Red Robin. We sat around for the
rest of the afternoon flappin' our lips to our hearts content.
Lots of laughs and modification secrets were passed around.
After our bellies were full we took advantage of what was left
of the sun light for a group picture of all who attended.
